The culinary team at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our team. The position required is a year round position. The restaurants and patio are open Wednesday to Sundays.

The successful candidate’s culinary background will need to consist of Banquet, Fine Dining, as well as casual fare.

Food safe is required, as are good communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised.

The Food and Beverage Manager will successfully manage a team in serving Food and Beverage for our members and guests. The Clubhouse features dining room services for members and their guests Wednesday through Sunday, 1130 to 2100 hours.  Banquet facilities are provided for up to 150 people with a large patio and pub/grille. The Bar closes at midnight. The Food and Beverage Manager will be a dynamic, experienced person ensuring the proficient operation of the food and beverage department. Reporting to the General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager will provide exceptional customer service, coach, develop and train the team while cultivating loyal relationships between members, guests and staff.
 
The Food and Beverage Manager executes all Club events with seamless turnover from sales to operations. Will successfully book and organise food and Beverage events for its members and guests ensuring that staff provide consistent high level service. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the total event.

The RVYC is searching for a Sous Chef who will assist the Head Chef in managing a team in preparing the food services for its members and guests. The Sous Chef will be a dynamic, experienced person ensuring the proficient operation of the kitchen and food and Beverage department. Reporting to the Head Chef, the Sous Chef will ensure that exceptional customer service is provided, coach, develop and train the team while cultivating loyal relationships between members, guests and staff.

The Royal Victoria Yacht Club is looking to for part-time Servers.

We are a private Club catering to our members and their guests. Applicants are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly, hospitable and timely service in both a La Carte and Banquet settings.

Serving experience and willingness to work in a team environment are required. In addition to hourly compensation, gratuities are pooled and paid out bi-weekly.

Wage is commensurate based on experience.

Weekend availability is a must.
